Can you explain how the process works? 

Upon receiving the requested screening information from the provider (details below), we thoroughly verify the accuracy of the provided information. We conduct an in-depth historical check to identify any past information that the applicant may have omitted or that is linked to blacklists. The information is then meticulously screened against blacklists, criminal records, sex offenders, most wanted lists, government watchlists, financial delinquency lists, and other relevant sources. We compile all the information and write a detailed report that includes our findings and recommendations.

What do you require? 

In order to help us locate a specific gentleman, we kindly ask you to provide us with as much information as possible. This includes his full legal name, date of birth, and city of residence. Additionally, please request both a telephone number and an email address from the applicant. We need the applicant's phone number and email for the blacklist check, which indexes and searches by these two pieces of information. We never contact the applicant. Please note that we can only screen US citizens and, in some cases, resident aliens. If the gentleman is very young or has a common name, it may be more challenging to locate him. Therefore, we advise that you try to obtain as much information as possible. If the gentleman provides us with a copy of his driver's license or any other identification, it can speed up the process.

What to exclude?

As a national screening service for providers, we know that laws for providers may differ by location. Please don't include any messages between you and your client when you send us the screening info. Keep your discussions with your potential client private. Only send us the info we need, unless the messages pose a safety issue or are vital for the screening.

What is the turnaround time? 

60 minutes to 3 hours.

What are your business hours? 

Currently, Mondays & Fridays 9 - 5 ET, Tuesdays-Thursdays 6 PM - 10 PM ET Saturday 10 - 1 ET, and Sunday 10 - 1 ET. In the unlikely event of an internet outage, storm, or any reason that delays our turnaround time, we will post updates on our Twitter feed to notify you. 

Is there any chance I could send you a screening in the evening, after hours, that you may see and be able to process the same night? 

Yes, I am going to be doing screening in the evenings Tuesdays to Thursdays, as well as the occasional Monday and Fridays.

Do you offer “Urgent” services?


Please note that our inbox is monitored during regular business hours, and we do not offer urgent services. Screenings are always taken in the order in which they are received. Kindly allow a minimum of 90 minutes before resubmitting a request or inquiring about an existing one. Multiple emails within a short timeframe may cause delays. If you haven't received a response after ninety business hours, please use our contact portal to verify the status of your report request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PRICING

Our screening pricing is based on the block of time it takes to process each screening. Each screening counts as one block. Screenings are sold individually at $50 a bundle of 4 credits for $160, 8 for $240. Screenings must be purchased in advance, are valid for one year from the date of purchase,  and are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information that is shared with us, all information that we share, all information that is obtained in the investigation and any other oral, written, or electronically transmitted are strictly confidential and may not be shared by any party without the expressed written consent of both parties. At no time may the screening results or reports thereof be shared with a client or potential client. Breach of the confidentiality agreement may result in termination of our business together including the possibility of canceling unused credits without refund. 

To maintain the highest level of confidentiality please submit ALL screening requests via email. Please do NOT send any screening details or business-related information via Twitter or other social media platforms. 

SHARING DATA WITH CLIENTS

To maintain the security and confidentiality of all parties involved, we strictly prohibit sharing the screening report or any information related to it with clients or potential clients. Sharing any part of the screening process or information could potentially put others at risk. We take this policy very seriously, and failure to comply with it will result in the termination of our services without a refund.

Do you offer any type of screening services for clients of individuals offering any type of professional dating service?

We do not.

Can you run special background checks to obtain information unrelated to safety such as family members of the applicant being screened, in-depth financial information?

No. We do not offer services outside of our standard PreCautionary Risk Investigations.

Can you help mediate a dispute between parties?

No. We do not offer this type of service,

You did a background check on me. How do I get a copy of the results?

We do not provide copies of reports to anyone other than the individual who hired us to process the investigation.

Will you contact my job? Contact others about me?

No. We do not contact employers or anyone else about an applicant. All of our process is done behind the scenes using databases and technology. We do not retain applicants’ DOB, Employers, Residences, or any other information unrelated to safety/security-related needs.
