How does it work? We require the full name of the applicant, their complete date of birth, and their city, town or state of residence (if in a large metropolitan area, we need the suburb). In addition, we need the applicant's telephone number and email address (as most blacklist databases search and index by phone number and/or email, these details are essential). Note that it is not necessary to obtain the applicant's landline or contract telephone number, as we can obtain those ourselves. Instead, the applicant's "hobby" phone and email are more important. If the applicant is self-employed, we need the name of their company as "self-employed" is not verifiable. Once we complete the report, we delete the residence and employment information from our databases. If you have any additional information that may help identify the applicant or a potential risk, please share it with us.

Please note the following guidelines before submitting your information:

- We require the information mentioned above and do not need any other details. If submitting an image, please ensure that it is legible.

- The applicant must be a US Citizen and over the age of 18.

Payment - We require advance payment for our services, which is for the time it takes to process the investigation and write the report, as well as our experience. Couples require payment for both parties. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We accept Paypal and Cashapp and will provide account information for private submission of payment.

- Time Frame - We can usually process an investigation and compile a report between 60 minutes and two business hours. If you have submitted a request and have not received a report, please contact us using the website portal in case your original email has been caught by our spam filters. However, please allow 90 minutes during business hours before checking in. If more than two hours have passed, please notify us using the portal, as there may be a technical issue.

- We are staffed during business hours, and someone is always monitoring the inbox. Please avoid sending multiple copies of the same information or "checking in" until 90 minutes have passed, as this only slows down the process and increases the likelihood of a spam filter issue.

- All correspondence received outside of business hours will be processed the next business day. We are not able to accommodate off-hours requests. Screenings are always taken in the order in which they are received..

The Report - will indicate whether the applicant's identity and employment has been objectively identified, and what methods were used for verification. We will check all available resources and databases at our disposal for the applicant's presence on blacklists, criminal record databases, sex offender registries, government watchlists, terrorists and other watchlist, and more. You will receive a full report with our results and recommendations so that you know to make the safest choice for you! Our recommendation is always your choice.
